I was never one of those people.
I found it so frustrating and hated anyone asking me the question.
It took me a long time to work out what career or job I wanted to do, and a path to make it happen.
What really helped me was talking it through, and exploring deeper into what I really did enjoy, however trivial or unusual it may have seemed at the time. The process of delving into my deep values using NLP and coaching techniques enabled me to work this out.
I am now so happy to be doing a job that feels I was always meant to do. As cheesy at it might sound, I feel I am fulfilling my purpose in life and am being truly authentic and passionate about my job.
I love being able to help clients explore their passions for themselves, revealing ideas and desires, they had never even thought of. Then being able to pursue the idea further, reinventing their new exciting path that they had never considered or thought possible.
If you are someone who has never been able to establish your career path, you are not alone and it is still possible, whatever your situation.
